This form is to be used for reporting of any unethical, illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or corrupt activities that you are aware of or have witnessed at Impact Distributors or any of its affiliated companies that form part of The Bandini Group.

This form is available for any concerned person (including employees, employers, management, visitors, contractors, service providers, suppliers, customers, and affiliates) who have dealings with Impact Distributors or any of its affiliated companies within the Bandini Group. If you are an employee of the Bandini Group, you may also use the anonymous suggestion boxes available at your place of work to make a report as well. The Bandini Group is committed to providing an environment that enables whistleblowers to come forward without fear of victimisation, reprisal, or occupational detriment.

The information submitted in this online form will be sent to an independent, third party (i.e. not an employee of Impact Distributors or any of its affiliated companies), who will review the information. Subject to the information and evidence in support submitted through this online form, an investigator will be assigned to assess the merits and evidence in support of the claim. Protected disclosures should be factual and should contain as much specific information as possible, including dates and times where available.You can also attach a photograph if necessary. This allows for proper assessment of the nature and extent of the concern and the urgency of a preliminary investigative procedure.  All legitimate claims made in good faith will be taken seriously.
