Since 1957, Bandini Cheese as it is called, has been manufacturing MOZZARELLA, MILK, CREAM and BUTTER. The factory operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The milk passes a number of rigorous tests, after which the manufacturing process begins. Checks and balances are implemented along the production line to ensure optimum taste, consistency and flavour.
Our products are also suitable and approved for Vegetarian and Halaal consumption and conform to ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC standards.
Our clients, many of whom have been with us since inception, namely major pizza chains, manufacturers who supply to retail, as well as private hospitality businesses, family businesses and smaller outlets, are a testament to our consistently high quality and supply standards.
Furthermore, the majority of milk suppliers, our farmers who are the backbone of S.A.’s food supply, have also been with us since inception.
Notwithstanding the modern, high-tech nature of our business, our ethos is rooted in nature and in wholesome old-fashioned goodness.
