Fresco Foods has been part of the Bandini stable of products since 1994. All products are manufactured in house, using age-old Italian recipes emanating from Elena Bandini. They are produced with attention to artisanal authenticity and taste.

Products in our range are: Biscuits, pies, quiches, breads, croissants, grissini, cheese straws, milk tarts, caramel tarts, scones, a variety of sauces, pizza bases, pre-prepared Italian pasta dishes from lasagna and tortellini, to cannelloni, fettuccine and more, vegetarian pasta dishes, or meat and chicken, and fresh pasta on order for you to make your own dishes.

We even create wedding cakes on order made from a cascade of cheeses, or conventional cake.

All of these products are available to the Food Services Market, as well as from Elena’s Deli, at our premises in Robertsham.

In time, we will expand production and the range, to make FRESCO FOODS available to the retail sector.

VIEWING: Companies / Bandini Cheese

Since 1957, Bandini Cheese as it is called, has been manufacturing MOZZARELLA, MILK, CREAM and BUTTER. The factory operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The milk passes a number of rigorous tests, after which the manufacturing process begins. Checks and balances are implemented along the production line to ensure optimum taste, consistency and flavour.

Our products are also suitable and approved for Vegetarian and Halaal consumption and conform to ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC standards.

Our clients, many of whom have been with us since inception, namely major pizza chains, manufacturers who supply to retail, as well as private hospitality businesses, family businesses and smaller outlets, are a testament to our consistently high quality and supply standards.

Furthermore, the majority of milk suppliers, our farmers who are the backbone of S.A.’s food supply, have also been with us since inception.

Notwithstanding the modern, high-tech nature of our business, our ethos is rooted in nature and in wholesome old-fashioned goodness.

Elena’s Deli offers you a wide range of delicious pre-prepared Italian pasta based foods, cheeses, cold meats, sausages, sauces, imported delicacies from Italy, sweets, biscuits, freshly baked bread, pastries, milk tarts and an extensive range of groceries, spices, condiments and even cleaning and packing items at excellent prices.

Many of these products are produced at our Fresco Foods division, at Impact. We supply the Food Services industry, as well as the general public. You are welcome to visit us.
